Patient Success Profile
Please enjoy our new addition of Patient Success Profiles.  This is where we take the
time to spotlight those that have made the ongoing commitment to enhance their health
and quality of life.  Whether it be pain, weight problems, cognitive disorders, balance
disorders, or any other health challenge; we feel it is appropriate to recognize those that
have "helped us to help themselves".

Our first
Success Profile is a 51 year old male, R. Murphy.  As with many of us, he had
become somewhat complacent over the years and his health suffered as a result.
Although there were no outright symptoms, save for slight fatigue and back pain; many
ominous and potentially dangerous issues were brewing under the surface and
uncovered with appropriate diagnostic testing.  Below you will find a list of preliminary
and follow-up test results performed over the course of one year (some testing and
interim tests omitted due to space limitations):

                                              7/30/08                      6/29/09
Weight -                                 225 lbs                      198 lbs
Body Fat Percentage -        29.5%                        20.4%
Body Mass Index -               31.3                            26.8

                                              12/22/08                    6/19/09
Cholesterol -                         199 mg/dL                165
Triglycerides -                       374 mg/dL                126
VLDL -                                    75 mg/dL                   25
HDL -                                      38 mg/dL                   44

As you can see, the significant decrease in all values (and increase in HDL value) speak
for themselves.  Reduction of obese body mass index and high percentage body fat, as
well as significant lowering of relative risk of cardiovascular disease with dramatic blood
lipid changes, has dramatically increased the probability of a longer, healthier, disease
free life!

You may ask how this was accomplished and if you are able to achieve similar results.
The answer is "absolutely".  Mr. Murphy followed a regimen of:

1)
Aerobic activity - at least 5 days per week, moderate intensity, 30 minutes - 1hour or
    more
2)
Muscle resistance/weight training - at least 2 days per week, all body regions
3)
Medical Food supplementation with UltraGlycemx for one month, transitioning to

UltraMeal at a minimum of one serving per day for improved metabolic function
4) Daily isotonic
multivitamin/mineral and antioxidant complex, as well as essential fatty

acids (fish oil)

It is important to understand that at any point in your life you are able to assume complete
control over your health.  It is also important to understand that while no doctor can
completely cure you, or get you healthy; the ultimate outcome (whether positive or
negative) is in your hands.  You have the ability to change your life and we are here to act
as your guide, coach, and teacher on your journey to assist you in mastering the
fundamentals of optimum health!

P.S. - Mr. Murphy will continue to enjoy improved testing results and better health as his
new and improved habits have become an integral pat of his lifestyle.  His wife has also
enjoyed similar results and her health will benefit in the long-term as a result.
